These Terms of Service govern your use of the Remise platform and website operated by Remise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Remise", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Remise provides software for the management of luxury car storage facilities. Access is granted on a subscription basis to authorised facility operators and their designated team members.
Remise is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Fees are charged in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of all vehicle and facility data you enter into the Remise platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service. On cancellation, we will provide a data export on request within 30 days.
We aim to maintain platform availability of 99.5% or greater. We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remise Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
